Wanted: Refreshing summertime absinthe recipe

Your mission, if you choose to accept it... Find or create a recipe using that devilishly delicious liquor known as absinth. I know there are a lot of cocktails out there that have absinthe as an ingredient. However, they all seem to me to be more winter drinks. We need one that has more of a warm weather nature. I haven't had this much spirit trouble since the Fernet-Branca incident of aught-five.

Don't mix it with Mead. My idea for a "Viking's Death In The Afternoon Cocktail" went horribly wrong.

This is esspesially good to know, as finding really good Meade around here can be tough. And then to waste it on a bad recipe, WRONG!
