The original Soviet Fez was made exclusively for Mr. Ambassador on the Tiki Bar TV podcast. Last month we introduced the new Soviet Deluxe Fez and went about making a prototype for the new Mr. Ambassador Fez.

While we were discussing the finer details of tassel maintenance with Mr. Ambassador, the discussion turned to more interesting things like the proper temperature for vodka consumption and Russia's dominance of real team sports. Needless to say tempers flared, bets were made, and if the Americans could best the Russians at Olympic hockey we would get to auction off his prototype for charity... you really don't want to know what was going to happen if the US lost.

Well we've got his new prototype and will be auctioning it for the good of the people! What you'll get for your winning bid is one Low-Profile Soviet Deluxe fez on black wavy velvet, something only Mr. Ambassador himself can order from Fez-o-rama.

It's in Mr. Ambassador's size of 3XL but runs a little tight so it fits nicely on a 2XL (24") head. Also included in the package is a certificate of authenticity signed by Mr. Ambassador himself! ...well it's not so much a certificate as a laser etched 9 oz cocktail glass featuring the Hammer and Sickle, Mr. Ambassador's signature, and the famous last words "Russia Wins, Let's Drink!"
