2 oz Cruzan Vanilla
1 oz Pyrat XO Reserve
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Ginger infused simple syrup
.5 oz Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients over ice
Strain into large cocktail glass
Garnish with marschino cherry and umbrella
