While on a Cruise from NY to Bermuda I met who I believe to be a colleague of Dr. Tiki . He called himself Dr. Booze and with his trusty cart of delectable libations (affectionately called the Ambulance) he came to the rescue on many occasions. No matter time of day or condition of the sea Dr. Booze was there like a St Bernard to rescue parched passengers from the dreaded Empty Vessel!
